The work Angel represents a personal and deeply humanistic statement by the artist. It is an almost spiritual confrontation with her own body and the canvas, carried out through a performative painting process in which movement is recorded with the archetypal figure of the angel. The piece speaks of surrendering control over the body, of pain and the undeniable barriers of illness, but above all, of the will, wholeness, and freedom that social empathy and collective support can offer the individual—enabling them to transcend their own physical limits.

Dielo Anjel je osobná, hlboko humanitná výpoveď autorky. Takmer spirituálna konfrontácia s vlastným telom a plátnom v maliarskom performatívnom procese záznamu pohybu po ňom pomocou archetypálneho jazyka (postava anjela) hovorí o odovzdaní kontroly nad svojim telom, bolesti a neodškriepiteľných bariérach chorého tela, ale predovšetkým o vôli, celosti a voľnosti, ktorú spoločenská empatia a podpora spoločnosti jedincovi umožňuje získať a prekonať tým vlastné fyzické limity.

Das Werk Engel ist ein persönliches, zutiefst humanistisches Zeugnis der Autorin. Es ist beinahe spirituelle Reflexion über den menschlichen Körper im Zustand der Verletzlichkeit. In einem performativen Malprozess, bei dem die Bewegung über die Leinwand mithilfe einer archetypischen Bildsprache festgehalten wird, thematisiert die Künstlerin Schmerz, Kontrollverlust und die physischen Grenzen des kranken Körpers. Zugleich zeugt das Werk von innerer Stärke, vom Willen zur Ganzheit, der Freiheit und von der befreienden Kraft gesellschaftlicher Empathie, die es dem Individuum ermöglicht, über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen.
