Zorka Lednárová: Where Freedom Ends

The exhibition Where Freedom Ends highlights the barriers that remain embedded in urban space—often subtle, yet crucial for people with limited mobility. Artist Zorka Lednárová, who uses a wheelchair, has long focused on both visible and invisible obstacles in architecture and public environments.

Together with local students, she places oversized stair objects into the city, enlarging and exposing issues that usually go unnoticed. The documentation of these site-specific actions confronts the idea of an inclusive city with the reality in which many needs and voices disappear.

The project is created in collaboration withall. Artivist Lab, where a parallel exhibition presents additional works and documentation.
